Remembering The Century

Today's snowfall reminded me of a photograph that I took exactly 13 months ago... and still haunts me to this day every time I look at it.

    It looks like something bad is happening to the building in the center but it's hard to see...can you explain a little bit?

    Didn't you get the memo, we need more parking downtown. The "parking district" two blocks over isn't enough.

    Yes I do need some sarcasm about this moronic venture.
