($$$$$)<br /><br />The problem with most of these historic, extremely high-maintenance (at least until they're fully rehabbed) homes is that they really do need to be owner-occupied for their maintenance and restoration to be a priority. Economically, I don't think that's feasible in many areas of St. Louis.
